Originally proposed by Eliyahu Goldratt for manufacturing environments, the theory of constraints can be adapted to warehousing. Session attendees will learn how the adapted theory treats warehouse resources as a system. Through practical examples, participants will discover how to identify and prioritize actions to increase constrained capacity of specific key warehouse resources — both internal and external.
